I am a mother of three young adults, an Episcopal priest and a former corporate banking executive. Twelve years ago, I founded an organization called Imagine Chicago to cultivate hope and civic engagement in intergenerational, intercultural partnerships. Our emphasis has been on liberating hope and imagination as resources for change, weaving arts-based creative activities and appreciative inquiry into civic projects that move from dialogue to action and connect unlikely partners. The work has spread to six continents and we are always looking for inspiring partnerships. I love to work and learn in community with others who are playful, loving, courageous, and open. |
