Candace- how to get a good chunk of money now. Children as shareholders? Could financial burden be dispersed by renting the studio portion with access from new road

Margo- What about specialty retreats?

Mario- Try an idea for 6 months, no more than a year, then think 2 or 3 years out

Question to Jim: Would this be enough to balance out the aggravation of repair?
