...who provided a dozen dazzling iMac computers for participants to type up there notes. these are the machines with the half-sphere bases and big, moving, flat screens. this generous support made all of this website and a bunch of other conference documentation possible.
...also have to say that two of us who were totally new to Apple's airport wireless networking system got all the machines wirelessly networked in very short order -- all by ourselves -- after Apple educator Mark Benno got stuck on an airplane. iMac and Airport are just a breeze!
...when Mark's airline did finally deliver him to florida, he arrived with another dozen machines and a bunch of audio and video equipment and taught teachers, heads, and others self-confessed computer laggards to make digital movies and other cool stuff in just a couple of hours. brilliant stuff and some really good fun!
...Mark also brought all the equipment and energy and materials we needed to make CD copies of notes, photos, movies and other conference documentation -- for all participants who stayed until the conference finished on Sunday.
